Meet the founder
The Heart Behind SOHO.
Erica Gales believes that where a person lives can shape what they believe is possible for their life.
As the founder of See One, Help One Independent Living Services, Erica is building SOHO around a vision of independent living rooted in dignity, stability, structure, and human connection. She believes people navigating a transition in life should be able to move forward in an environment where they are respected as adults, encouraged to maintain their independence, and given the stability to focus on what comes next.
Through SOHO, Erica is working to create more than places to stay. She is building welcoming, structured living environments where residents can feel at home, remain connected to community and useful resources, and have room to rebuild, grow, and thrive.
At the heart of her vision is the belief behind the name itself: See one. Help one.
